About the role As an
Account Executive
at Concord, you’ll report to our
Head of Sales
and be part of a high-impact team that drives revenue growth. You’ll prospect, qualify, and close deals while ensuring customers experience the full value of Concord.
What you’ll drive (missions, not chores)
Prospect, qualify, and nurture new customer relationships
Create and deliver solution-focused presentations tailored to prospects
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and quota
Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and other teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Stay current on Concord’s platform, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Provide feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product for continuous improvement
Manage your pipeline proactively and maintain accurate CRM data
Actively participate in the respect of all the practices and security policies of the company
What you’ll bring
3–5 years of SaaS B2B sales experience in a similar role
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
Technical proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly
Organizational skills to juggle multiple projects at once
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
A results-driven, upbeat, growth-oriented attitude
