Who You Are You are passionate about creating perfect, elegant experiences for your guests. You are happiest when the work you do sets the stage for a flawless event, celebration, or conference. You have a passion for maintaining a beautiful space, and you love the part you play in creating successful events. You have 2-3 years of banquet setup experience at an upscale or luxury hotel.
What You Do
You will be the warm and knowledgeable ambassador of the hotel, welcoming guests into the event space and providing exceptional service throughout the experience.
You will ensure thorough training and shift supervision of the banquet setup team.
Servicing meeting rooms with great sensitivity to timing and environmental cues are your main responsibility.
You will prepare meeting rooms per BEO and resume specifications—including cleaning the room, setting the furniture, preparing meeting room supplies, and delivering guest packages to the space for their arrival.
You will also service the meeting spaces during and after each meeting, removing dirty items, replenishing supplies, and straightening furniture as needed.
