To participate in quality assurance for the Housekeeping department and department cost control measures. To provide support to the Executive and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in all areas of the Housekeeping Operation. To ensure Omni standards are met in all areas by monitoring quality assurance and consistently setting a good example. Responsibilities

Provides courteous, personalized, attentive, sincere, and consistent guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints using guest service skills. Exhibits hospitality while striving to exceed guest expectations. Resolves difficult or unusual problems with guests while maintaining good guest relationships, demonstrating outstanding hospitality through corrective action. Maintains open and clear communication with all departments and guests to ensure consistent service. Identifies ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service to guests by actively participating in the Omni Service Tradition program. Assists the Executive Housekeeper with departmental functions and concerns: opening and PM shift, turnover, uniform control, purchasing and issuance, guest requests, monthly meetings, quality assurance in public space and guest rooms, linen and supply inventories, purchasing linens and supplies, scheduling, Kronos and payroll cost controls. Monitors housekeeping inventories to maintain adequate levels. Maintains close communication with Front Desk and Engineering; reports maintenance issues. Inspects the cleaning and servicing of all guestrooms and inspects vacant rooms daily. Prepares and completes all reports needed (VIPs, due-outs, etc.). Identifies cleaning defects and reassigns them to the responsible GRA; completes a daily inspection form for each GRA and forwards to the Executive Housekeeper. Oversees the housemen and ensures daily duties and special projects are completed in coordination with GRA teams. Participates in energy conservation efforts. Maintains property and work areas by keeping them clean, well maintained, stocked, and properly stored; eliminates waste of supplies. Supports Omni standards of cleanliness and a consistent guest experience. Maintains a motivated and trained staff that strives for excellence in service and cleanliness. Salary : $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 annual salary Qualifications

Prior housekeeping supervisory experience in hospitality. High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred. Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task. Ability to work independently. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others. Job Details
