We’re seeking a

proactive, detail‑oriented, and entrepreneurial Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator

to serve as the right hand to the CEO. This hybrid role blends executive support, project management, and operational coordination across business functions — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment and wants to accelerate their career trajectory. You’ll work directly with the CEO and small, driven team to keep operations running seamlessly, support investor and marketing initiatives, and implement systems that fuel the company’s next phase of growth. Act as the

primary gatekeeper and operational partner

to the CEO — managing scheduling, communications, and priorities. Coordinate

internal and external meetings , including investor relations, retail partners, and strategic initiatives. Support

marketing and event logistics , from influencer outreach and product shipments to campaign coordination. Assist with

budget tracking, expense reporting, and QuickBooks entries

under CFO guidance. Help implement and maintain systems (CRM, task management, communication tools) to improve workflow efficiency. Manage cross‑functional timelines and deliverables to ensure accountability and alignment across departments. Occasionally assist with light personal or administrative tasks to help the CEO stay focused on high‑value initiatives. Uphold

confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive communication

in all interactions. Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an

Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Project Manager

supporting C‑level leadership. Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite ,

Teams , and familiarity with

Google Workspace ,

HubSpot , and scheduling tools (Calendly, Otter.ai, etc.). Experience in

CPG, beverage, wellness, or startup environments

is a strong plus. PMP or project management certification preferred. Personal Qualities
