Create Calm in the Storm: Develop systems, SOPs, and a proactive mindset that anticipates needs before they arise.
Make a Real Difference: Support Hadley Designs' growth while aligning with the CEO's vision to scale the business and enhance personal life.

As-Needed Projects: Participate in special projects and cross-department coordination as required.
Requirements A senior-level operator with full-time availability and near real-time responsiveness.
Master of executive calendar and inbox management with strong prioritization skills.
Experience in hiring coordination and team operations; bonus for supporting a founder/CEO in a fast-paced environment.
Assertive, service-minded, with solid judgment on escalation; polished and professional communication.
Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Excel, and modern AI tools; detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Trustworthy with sensitive information and poised under pressure; growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Native English speaker with strong U.S. cultural understanding (travel, gifting, communication).
3+ years in EA, Chief of Staff, Ops Coordinator, or high-level support role.
Available full-time with core hours 8 AM–6 PM CST; proficient with Google Suite, ClickUp, and AI tools.
