What this position entails At IntelliScript, solutions are tailored for our clients, so no two days are the same. The Account Executive will collaborate across IntelliScript to build thoughtful solutions, drive new business development, and grow accounts within a defined territory. This role is critical to increasing revenue by developing qualified opportunities and nurturing relationships with VP-level and C-suite contacts. It reports directly to the Director of Sales. Our focus on in-person interaction and cross-functional teams supports growth. Leverage five-plus years of technology-driven, solution-based sales to succeed at IntelliScript. What you will be doing Prospect and develop interest in IntelliScript’s suite of products within the insurance industry, specifically the health vertical Expand presence within existing customers Discern true needs when clients describe problems or concerns Demonstrate and speak as an expert on our business solutions Stay current on relevant political, legislative, and market conditions to grow current-client sales and generate new opportunities Engage other IntelliScript business units and departments throughout the sales cycle Negotiate and manage the contract process to closure Maintain accurate and current data in Salesforce Provide accurate forecasts to sales management What we need 5+ years of relevant experience Experience succeeding in solution-based enterprise sales Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM Experience leading in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings Ability to travel up to 30-40% for client meetings, conferences, and events Track record of meeting sales quotas What you bring to the table Driven by measurable results Analytical and creative Ability to work independently and in teams Able to navigate ambiguous situations Articulate and professional when speaking with clients and colleagues Loves to learn through independent work and training opportunities Proactive with strong time management and prioritization Thrives on solving problems with attention to detail Wish list Bachelor’s degree (MBA or related Master’s) preferred Background in statistics, mathematics, finance, economics, and/or engineering Experience with web-based applications and/or SaaS Experience selling predictive models and ML applications into insurance Experience in the workers’ compensation market Location & Application The application deadline is December 1, 2025. Compensation The overall salary range is $85,100 - $168,600. Regional variations: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia: $93,610 - $154,550 New York City, Newark, San Jose, or San Francisco: $102,120 - $168,600 All other locations: $85,100 - $140,500 A combination of factors will be considered, including education, experience, qualifications, and skills.
