We are looking for a
Sous Chef

experienced sous chefs
or
strong line cooks ready to step into a leadership role.
We’re looking for someone with a
solid culinary foundation, excellent knife skills, a strong work ethic, and a high aptitude for learning and executing processes. Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in
menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate
efficient food production Maintain high standards of
food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization Train and mentor kitchen staff on
proper cooking techniques and best practices Collaborate with the culinary team to develop
seasonal dishes and specialty menus Qualifications & Skills: Experience in
hospitality, catering, or high-volume kitchens Strong
kitchen management and leadership skills Knowledge of
fine dining techniques and presentation Proficiency in
food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation procedures Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Familiarity with
dietary restrictions and menu accommodations
