Overview
Elements Massage Denver West is seeking a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all clients entering the studio. Responsibilities And Duties
Inform clients about the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan. Follow the sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program. Be the first and final face of hospitality, on the phone or in the studio. Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate. Work with Managers and Massage Therapists to keep clients at the center of the experience. Assist with administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills
Ability to follow our sales process to sell the Wellness Program and build loyalty. Strong listening skills and enjoyment of talking with clients. Ability to turn client criticism into a positive customer service story. Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person. Customer service in a spa-like environment preferred; strong hospitality and execution. Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments processed with computer programs. Driven to create the best work environment for employees and best experiences for clients. Education
High school or equivalent (Required) Compensation And Benefits
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers A complimentary monthly massage at the studio 401k Other compensation: Commission, Bonuses, Store Discounts Job Type
