60K - $75K GOLF.com is looking for an Account Manager to join our Digital Operations team. This role is responsible for assisting the Digital Operations team in executing campaigns from pre-sale through post-sale, including planning and building out media plans within a certain budget threshold to deliver on advertiser\'s key KPIs, booking and managing orders, collecting all assets, monitoring/optimizing delivery, gathering campaign reporting and screenshots, and completing campaign recaps with performance insights. The ideal candidate should have experience in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel. The Account Manager will be responsible for liaising with all internal teams and supporting the Digital Operations team. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must. Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties
The Account Manager will work closely with the Marketing, Social, Audience Development and Ad Operations teams to ideate and build proposals that will deliver on the advertiser\'s KPIs, and assist the Sales team in responding to all RFPs/RFIs Work closely with the Director of Digital Operations to assist in campaign deliverables Assist in building media plans within certain budget threshold Lead in the ideation and creation of media plans for RFPs Keep an open dialogue with Sales to understand and react to market feedback as well as ad product performance Complete all necessary client materials (spec sheets, media plan and reporting templates) Collect all assets in a timely manner and provide to the respective teams to traffic Gather and format screenshots after each campaign launch to share with clients Assist in gathering all reporting from internal teams to provide a final report within Excel and PowerPoint with screenshots and insights Basic Responsibilities
Completing agency proposal templates and spec sheets Collecting all assets in a timely manner and providing to the respective teams to traffic, ensuring all campaigns launch on time Assist in maintaining a schedule of all campaign launches and recurring report deadlines from clients to provide regular pacing updates (reports to be shared in GOLF\'s reporting template or external agency templates) Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree required 2+ years of experience working in digital media preferred Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented to deliver client friendly materials Job Specific Requirements
