Our offerings include the Ritello cleaning and air purification system, solar-powered home products, and partnerships with trusted cleaning providers. We also work with businesses to create cross-selling opportunities that benefit both partners and customers. The Role
We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Closer to join our team. This role combines door-to-door canvassing, closing qualified online leads, and developing B2B relationships (with pest control, roofing, and home service companies) to expand our reach. You’ll be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, building trust with homeowners, and securing sales that align with our mission of healthy, eco-friendly living. Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate new homeowner leads and present Airvana solutions. Close virtual and in-person sales appointments booked by our appointment setters. Develop B2B relationships with home service providers (pest control, roofing, cleaning, etc.) to create cross-selling opportunities. Present and explain product offerings, including the Ritello system and solar-powered products. Handle objections and guide customers through payment options and financing. Achieve monthly sales goals (minimum 15 sales/month). Maintain accurate records of leads, presentations, and sales activity. Qualifications
Proven success in direct-to-consumer sales (door-to-door or in-home preferred). Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Experience with virtual sales presentations (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Familiarity with B2B relationship building is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Willingness to travel regionally and conduct face-to-face presentations. Compensation & Growth
Commission Range: $100 – $650 per Ritello sale, based on customer approval. Upsell Commissions: Additional percentage-based commissions on solar and energy-efficient product sales. Weekly Payouts: Paid weekly after a 3-day cancellation period. Sales Goal: Minimum of 15 sales/month. Advancement: After 3 months of consistent performance, increased pay-for-performance and leadership opportunities as new product lines roll out.
