Sales Trainer
to turn them into closers. This isn’t a sit-back management role—it’s about
teaching, coaching, and leading from the front . Key Responsibilities
Coach & Train:
Build customized training for reps at different skill levels. Lead Daily:
Run daily check-ins, call coaching, and pipeline reviews. Develop Closers:
Take green reps and turn them into consistent performers. Pipeline Strategy:
Teach creative lead-gen and forecasting—not just ZoomInfo. Accountability:
Use dashboards, roadmaps, and daily audits to keep reps sharp. Motivate:
Drive contests, power hours, and recognition to keep energy high. Market Awareness:
Stay ahead of logistics trends to guide prospecting. Hands-On Selling:
Make calls yourself and lead by example. What We’re Looking For
Strong
3PL logistics sales background
(must-have). Proven
sales training experience
with measurable results. High energy
and motivated by team success. Clear
training philosophy
and coaching approach. Ability to
develop struggling reps
into strong sellers. Comfortable with
daily leadership check-ins
and accountability. Compensation & Growth
$70K–$95K base uncapped commission
tied to team performance. Real
earning potential into six figures . Chance to
