Position Summary At Morris & Dickson, we believe great operations drive great customer experiences. We’re looking for a detail-driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team and ensure our sales engine runs with accuracy, insight, and integrity. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in onboarding new customers, optimizing internal systems and processes, and equipping our sales teams with the tools they need to perform at their best.
You’ll collaborate closely across departments, including Finance, Compliance, Contracts, IT, and Sales Leadership, to improve operational efficiency and enable scalable growth in a highly regulated industry.
Responsibilities
Manage new account onboarding, capturing, and validating licenses, contracts, and required data.
Coordinate with Finance on billing structures, credit terms, and pricing.
Ensure accurate customer setup and data integrity across systems.
Maintain and update customer hierarchy structures and account mappings.
Support sales alignment and proper pricing/reporting through structured data.
Oversee pipeline and sales activity data; provide training on CRM tools and dashboards.
Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve system functionality and adoption.
Build and deliver reports/dashboards; monitor KPIs such as sales performance, churn, and pipeline growth.
Provide insights to identify opportunities and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
Document and enhance processes for quoting, ordering, lead management, and onboarding.
Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with controls.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Contracts, IT, Compliance, and Marketing to support initiatives and maintain consistency across data and systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or sales enablement (pharma distribution experience preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); familiarity with BI tools a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Experience supporting QBRs or executive-level reporting preferred

Accurate customer onboarding with minimal rework or follow-ups
Sales teams have high confidence in the quality and accessibility of sales data
Consistent, timely delivery of reporting that supports strategic decision-making
Proactive identification and resolution of data or process issues before they impact the customer
Strong internal relationships with cross-functional partners that drive collaborative outcomes
