Men's Weekend Sales Associate - Orlando at Neiman Marcus Join Neiman Marcus as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized styling and a welcoming store environment on weekends. What You’ll Do
Proactively greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department to initiate the experience and demonstrate willingness to assist. Engage customers while building authentic connections and offering personalized styling. Demonstrate selling and service behaviors that develop deep and lasting customer relationships. Demonstrate timely follow-up and follow-through on customer requests and commitments. Promote store services and handle transactions smoothly. Assist customers across store areas, including the sales floor and fitting rooms. Educate self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policies, and services. Drive loyalty by using product knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge; stay curious about all categories in the store. Operate as One House by assisting in operational tasks: maintain selling floor, stock, process new receipts, clean fitting rooms, and return merchandise to other departments. Ensure audit compliance and Merchandise Protection Standards are met (will-call, hold policies, and credit compliance). Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment. Foster an environment of inclusivity and belonging among peers and clients by respecting different styles and personalities. Maintain professionalism, follow work schedule, and adhere to personal presentation standards. What You Bring
Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands with the ability to translate that knowledge into solving customer styling needs. Effective communicator with experience in creating meaningful connections that build brand loyalty. Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lb, with or without reasonable accommodation. Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred). Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers. Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system. Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions. Motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals. Role may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds. Inclusive Benefits
