The Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with their needs, and supporting daily store operations. The role ensures a positive shopping experience, helps meet sales goals, and maintains store organization and inventory standards. Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store. Assess customers’ needs and recommend solutions or products. Provide personalized 1-on-1 shopping assistance to enhance the guest experience. Work with cash registers and process payments accurately. Set and achieve individual and store sales goals. Inform customers about promotions and special offers. Use upselling techniques to increase store sales. Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise throughout the day, before opening, and after closing. Coordinate daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments. Monitor and maintain store inventory levels. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Qualifications
Experience in retail or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Benefits & Perks
