Role Overview As a Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospective customers, and helping to build a strong pipeline for the Sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated self-starter to grow their sales career while making a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving industry. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and qualify new sales opportunities. Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team. Manage leads and track all sales activity within Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and strategy. Meet and exceed activity and lead-generation targets. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote offerings. Provide regular reporting on sales metrics and performance. Requirements & Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships and engage prospects. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Independent, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Must be based in the Salt Lake City area.
