Job Description We are looking for an Account Executive who will have a rare early-stage opportunity to help the company scale its distribution and work with the most exciting customers in the compliance space. Working side-by-side with the product and executive teams, this person will be a key contributor to building out the sales vertical at Koop. Specifically, the candidate will:
Close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts
Generate a steady pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound efforts
Achieve both pipeline creation quotas and closed-won revenue targets consistently
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution
Engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, compliance, risk, legal) with tailored value propositions
Present product demos and solution overviews that align with customer needs
Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline and forecast accurately
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to maximize impact
Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startup environment
Demonstrate strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
Job Requirements
Experience in an Account Executive/SDR role at a Compliance or CLM SaaS startup
Ability to solve client needs in a fast-paced environment
Tremendous work ethic and excellent written/verbal skills
Ability to work independently
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience at a tech company
Proven track record of sales experience
Extreme attention to details and diligence
Impeccable communications and writing skills
Outstanding project management skills
Experience with proprietary software tools or 3rd party CRM tools such as Salesforce
Administrative
