Overview
Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for an Account Management Specialist to support our east region team at our Phoenix location. Duties And Responsibilities
Handle all requests for an assigned territory of customers, managing orders from placement through delivery and invoicing, providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing. Ensure basic customer account information is up to date (address, contact information, etc.). Collaborate with inventory and production planning to source material for orders. Review open orders regularly to identify changes and reschedule shipments with customers when needed. Maintain a network of contacts within departments such as Inventory Management, Shipping, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Production, as well as with external vendors. Develop strong relationships with customers, representatives, and regional managers. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum one year of experience in order management or customer service. Minimum one year of experience serving internal and/or external customers. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle a high workload volume. Basic negotiation and mathematics skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to answer various customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Working Conditions
Office environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas. Typical hours may be 8 am – 5 pm, 7 am – 4 pm, or 9 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday depending on geographic territory. Hybrid work schedule. Benefits And Perks
