About The Role
In this role, you will engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in product knowledge and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire and outfit the customer. You will offer information on current merchandise, store promotions and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to deliver a premium customer experience and drive brand loyalty with productivity.
What You’ll Do
Become an expert in the brand’s selling behaviors to provide a premium customer experience.
Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions quickly and accurately.
Offer style and outfit suggestions using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
Support sales floor, fitting room, check out, and back-of-house processes as required.
Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.

Hourly Range: $16.35 - $17.50 USD. Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
