RFA Account Executive - Indianapolis, IN. Join Hologic, Inc. as an Account Executive focused on RFA platforms in the designated territory. What You’ll Do
Drive adoption and sales of RFA platforms within the territory; oversee the full sales cycle. Develop executive-level partnerships and lead value-based consultative sales efforts. Manage complex capital sales processes, including contract negotiations. Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and internal teams to identify high-potential opportunities. Promote technology, train healthcare providers, and expand utilization among new and existing customers. What You’ll Bring (Knowledge and Skills)
Solid understanding of medical device technologies, clinical workflows, and the healthcare sales environment. Awareness of hospital purchasing processes, reimbursement models, and industry regulations (FDA, HIPAA, Sunshine Act). Familiarity with the Sonata and Acessa procedures, including technical details and clinical benefits. Understanding of patient selection and safety protocols for radiofrequency ablation (RFA) systems. Knowledge of end-to-end sales cycles, value-based selling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation. Ability to track and leverage market trends and competitor activities in women’s health and surgical devices. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with physicians, administrators, and procurement teams. Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred. 3–5 years of successful medical device sales experience, ideally in GYN devices or fast-paced environments. Documented history of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets. Experience using CRM software (Salesforce) and presentation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Additional Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record; a serviceable vehicle is required for work use. Overnight travel up to 50% of the time, depending on territory. Compensation
The total compensation range for this role is $225,000-300,000. This includes base salary and commission; final packages depend on experience, skillset, territory, and performance versus quota. Equal Opportunity
