$50,000 - $100,000+ per year
with commission and bonuses. Schedule The usual schedule goes from
8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday . You must be available for evening and Saturday appointments as needed. Responsibilities
Visit customers' homes to assess needs and help select floor coverings Accurately measure square footage and use estimating software to generate material, labor, and installation costs Discuss financing options with customers and close deals Collaborate with the retail team to brainstorm effective sales methods Assist with visual merchandising to support growth Qualifications
Customer service experience Basic math, measuring, and estimating skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Positive and professional attitude Proactive approach to problem solving Valid driver's license with reliable, personal vehicle High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to learn about products, adapt sales process, and attend seminars/events Ability to attend sales meetings at local customers\' homes Our Ideal Residential Flooring Outside Sales Rep
