$25.00 - $33.00/hr (W2) Shift:
AWS Night Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (OT and shift may vary)
Job Summary:
Client is seeking a
Production Maintenance Technician
to join their industrial maintenance team in Waukesha, WI. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, PLC/CNC machinery, robotics, conveyors, and coolant systems.
Responsibilities: Follow all safety protocols and procedures Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment Perform preventive maintenance tasks Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Operate and maintain production machinery and tools Maintain accurate maintenance records Communicate effectively with team and clients
Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent education and experience Ability to work in aerial or scissor lifts at heights of 30+ feet Experience with equipment such as pumps, fans, bearings, blowers, gearboxes, air handlers
Additional Information: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must be eligible to obtain a security badge Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed U.S. work authorization required - no sponsorship provided
Physical Requirements: Regularly lift up to 50 lbs Climb ladders and stairs frequently Repeated bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, stretching, and reaching Walk extensively throughout the facility during shifts
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of industrial production maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
