AUSTIN CENTRAL TX CMH2_171430 Role Responsibilities
The Territory Manager will be responsible for account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatments in the Lilly portfolio. This includes engaging with multiple HCP specialties and hospital representatives, serving as a credible expert and resource for medicines and brand patients. Key responsibilities include: Business Ownership Promoting the full portfolio of priority products across multiple HCP specialties. Understanding the marketplace within the territory and tailoring strategies to grow business outcomes. Navigating healthcare and payer landscapes to impact stakeholders and build trusted partnerships. Utilizing data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and obstacles. Implementing new technologies and AI tools to enhance customer interactions. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and modeling a growth mindset.
