Territory Account Manager – EquipmentShare
Join EquipmentShare’s growing team in Fort Myers, FL as a Territory Account Manager where you’ll drive equipment rental sales, build strong contractor relationships, and help transform construction. Primary Responsibilities
Own territory management, executing full sales strategy from market analysis to revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond quickly to inbound leads and maintain CRM system for pipeline tracking. Develop new business and client acquisition, educating contractors on EquipmentShare solutions. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring 100% satisfaction and exploring new opportunities. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers and resolve inquiries promptly. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Proven outside sales experience with a strong track record. Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 lbs without assistance. Heavy Construction Equipment or industry knowledge preferred, but sales skill is primary. Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and continuous learning aptitude. Competitive, self‑motivated, results‑driven, thriving in a team environment. Ability to manage strategic accounts. Perks & Benefits
