Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)

Pay Base Salary : $70,000 per year
Total Compensation : $70,000 – $400,000+ (uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary)
Primary Responsibilities
Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth through contract negotiation and customer retention.
Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests; familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
New business development and client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on equipment solutions that help save money and increase operational efficiency.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service and support they receive.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious and innovative with superior outside sales experience and a proven sales track record
Knowledge of Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry (rental or construction) with B2B experience preferred, but not required
Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
Competitive, self‑motivated and results‑driven, with a team‑oriented mindset
Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
