We’re hiring top-performing Sales Executives to close inbound & outbound leads. Earn $120K+ OTE with uncapped commissions!

Expectations of the Inside Sales Representative: In this role, you will

close high-ticket B2B and B2C sales , transforming leads into success stories. If you’re looking for

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$150,000 - $200,000:

0-1 Year Experience

$250,000 - $300,000:

1-2 Years Experience

$300,000 - $500,000:

2-3 Years Experience

$600,000 - $800,000+:

4+ Years Experience

Compensation:

$5,000 per month +

uncapped commissions

Work Schedule: Standard

5-day workweek

(8:20 AM - 6 PM) with occasional weekend availability for company events

**Fully onsite**

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and

close warm leads

to exceed sales targets.

Engage with prospects via

calls, meetings, and follow-ups

to build rapport.

Conduct

high-impact product presentations

and provide service details.

Negotiate and close high-ticket deals

with both individuals and businesses.

Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in the

CRM system .

Participate in

ongoing sales training

to enhance skills & performance.

Contribute to a

high-energy, goal-oriented team

focused on growth.

Qualifications:

1+ years of proven sales experience , preferably in

high-ticket sales .

Strong interpersonal and

closing skills

with a track record of exceeding quotas.

Self-motivated, competitive, and driven

– a true

"10x" mindset .

Ability to work

onsite in Aventura, FL

(Monday-Friday, with weekend availability).

Valid Driver’s License

& reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a

background check & drug screening

as part of the pre-employment process.
