Reports to:
Regional Sales Director - South Central What You’ll Do
Grow the business: Drive sales through a consultative, knowledge-based selling approach. Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points and aligning them with Sealed Air’s products and services. Deliver solutions: Design customized solutions using Sealed Air’s full portfolio. Provide insights and recommendations that help customers operate more efficiently, sustainably, and profitably. Build strong relationships: Cultivate long‑term relationships with end‑users and distributors. Be the go‑to resource for product knowledge, application insights, and business support. Drive strategic sales planning: Develop and execute a sales plan focused on profitable growth. Prioritize top opportunities and align efforts with business goals. Support and retain accounts: Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and continuously add value to their business. Improve profitability: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Pricing, Product Development) to optimize account performance and bring new innovations to market. Stay organized & efficient: Maintain CRM records, manage pricing and promotions, and handle budgets and travel planning effectively. Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA/MS a plus) 3+ years of outside sales experience Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight as needed Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems Bonus Points For
Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors Experience working with custom products Background in value-based or consultative sales Familiarity with packaging, materials, or automation industries What Makes You Successful In This Role
