We offer technical resources such as design support, subassembly and kitted products, inventory programs, and hydraulic repair. We serve OEM equipment manufacturers and various industrial facilities that drive the global economy. This role covers a sales territory in Eastern OH and Western PA, focusing on the On-Highway hydraulic market segment.
This is a growth market segment with significant opportunities, including Service Trucks, Refuse, Vacuum, Feed Mixers, Ground Support, and Cranes. Essential Functions
Develop a sales plan with leadership to build a prospect list, maintain current clients, and acquire new business Conduct full-cycle prospecting activities, including lead qualification, cold calling, and sales presentations Utilize your hydraulic sales and application experience to assist customers with equipment and operational solutions Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals Manage your territory using resources like MS Outlook, MS Excel, and CRM tools Education, Skills, and Experience
Two- or four-year technical diploma, preferably in engineering or fluid power, or equivalent experience Fluid Power certification is a plus At least 2 years of industrial sales experience with mobile hydraulic equipment or OEMs Experience in value-added industrial sales and hydraulic system troubleshooting is preferred Strong relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers Valid driver’s license required Overnight travel may be necessary What We Offer
