A well-respected local ag retailer is seeking a

Sales Agronomist

who enjoys working directly with growers, building relationships, and providing trusted agronomic advice across Pennsylvania's diverse cropping systems. Key Responsibilities Recommend seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products based on grower needs Build strong, long-term relationships with local growers Develop sales proposals, presentations, and contracts Collaborate with other agronomy staff on service and support Track and forecast seasonal product needs Stay current on agronomy services and precision ag technology Support grower success through in-field consultation and planning Preferred Qualifications Degree or experience in Agronomy, Crop Science, or Ag Business 2+ years of agronomy or ag retail experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Compensation
