is seeking an experienced and driven
Territory Manager
to spearhead growth into new counties and help strengthen its regional presence. This is a
key strategic position
within a company known for its exceptional customer relationships, innovative agronomic solutions, and strong track record of success. With rapid growth already underway, they’re looking for someone who can combine
agronomic expertise, business development skills, and genuine relationship-building ability
to take this new territory to the next level. About the Opportunity The company already has a foothold in this region, serving several loyal customers, but the time has come to
expand aggressively and capture new business . The Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in that growth — developing new accounts, supporting existing growers, and establishing the company as the
trusted agronomic partner of choice
throughout the territory. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your market strategy, backed by a supportive leadership team, modern technology, and a reputation for service excellence. This position offers the

Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on acquiring new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Provide expert agronomic guidance and product recommendations that maximize crop performance and grower profitability. Promote and sell a full range of products and services, including
seed, fertilizer, and crop protection
solutions. Partner with internal agronomy, operations, and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service and timely product delivery. Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and grower meetings to enhance brand visibility and build meaningful connections. Monitor territory performance, analyze trends, and report progress to leadership. Contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture and collaborate with peers to support company-wide success. Qualifications
Strong agronomic background
with a proven understanding of seed, chemical, and fertilizer sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
— you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and building long-term trust. Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with the ability to work independently while staying connected to the broader team. 3–7 years of experience
in agronomy sales, territory management, or a related agricultural role (preferred). B.S. in Agronomy, Ag Business, Crop Science, or related field
(preferred but not required with strong experience). A passion for agriculture, customer success, and helping growers achieve more. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$60,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus Opportunity:
