Overview
Mid-Market Account Executive - Healthcare SaaS Homeland has partnered with the leading Healthcare SaaS technology platform for home and community-based care to hire a Mid-Market Account Executive. In this role, you will drive new customer acquisition by selling cloud-based software solutions to homecare agency owners, executives, and administrators within your assigned territory. You will manage the entire SaaS sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering software demonstrations and closing deals with key stakeholders. We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in Healthcare SaaS sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for solving problems through technology. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds lasting client relationships, and has a track record of exceeding quota in a software sales role. Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition of our Healthcare SaaS platform, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly revenue quotas Manage the entire SaaS sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, product demos, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach, consistently meeting key SaaS sales KPIs Deliver engaging software demonstrations that clearly articulate product value and address client pain points in home and community-based care Understand and communicate the technical capabilities and business benefits of a cloud-based SaaS solution to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Utilize a consultative, solution-selling approach to align our SaaS offering with customer needs Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to drive deal success and ensure client satisfaction Gather and share market intelligence and prospect feedback with sales and product leadership to inform product development and go-to-market strategy Accurately manage your pipeline and provide reliable forecasts in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Engage in multithreading by building relationships with multiple decision-makers and influencers within each prospective client organization Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Healthcare SaaS closing experience required 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS sales role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a new business, outbound sales role Strong drive for prospecting and winning new accounts Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems creatively Demonstrates strong ownership from prospecting and demonstrations to negotiations and closing Embodies a growth mindset, with a desire to continuously learn and develop; extreme curiosity about the product, industry, and customers’ businesses Willingness and ability to travel for in-person customer demonstrations, door-to-door prospecting, and industry conference representation “Do What It Takes” mentality—proactive and initiative-driven, frequently making 200+ outbound calls per week to cultivate new opportunities Compensation
Our client offers a base salary of $140,000 with a 50/50 split between base and commission, providing first-year on-target earnings of approximately $280,000.
