Senior Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Support Lead
TekSynap is seeking a Senior Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Support Lead to lead Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities in support of MSC’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance. Responsibilities Develop RMF artifacts and Authority To Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS. Perform site, system, and platform IT validation testing. Conduct Mission-Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRAs). Coordinate with Navy Security Control Assessor and Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree. (Preferred in IT, Engineering, or related). Eight (8) – Ten (10) years of experience in A&A and RMF support. Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) II certification eMASS proficiency Strong RMF expertise. Clearance: Secret. 8570 certification: IAM Level III. COMPETENCIES Risk Management Framework (RMF) A&A documentation Navy Qualified Validator (NQV II) Cybersecurity assessment.
