Senior Cyber Compliance Support Lead
to oversee compliance inspections, cyber readiness program support, and development of SOPs. Responsibilities
Conduct cyber readiness visits (35+ ships/year). Review compliance with Communications Tasking Orders (CTOs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and DoD/Navy policy. Maintain readiness dashboards and Knowledge Management (KM) databases. Draft and update cybersecurity SOPs and instructions. Qualifications
Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree (Preferred in Cybersecurity, IT, or related). Eight (8) to Ten (10) years experience in compliance inspections and readiness support. Proficiency in: Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS); Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS); Host Based Security System (HBSS); Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM). Experience in Navy compliance inspections. Strong RMF expertise. Clearance: Secret. 8570 certification: IAM Level III. Competencies

Location : Norfolk, VA (MSC HQ); Primarily contractor site; frequent meetings in Norfolk, VA; travel to CONUS/OCONUS ship visits as required. Type of environment : Office Noise level : Low Work schedule : Hybrid (contractor site + government site meetings) Amount of Travel : Significant travel (25-50%) Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
