As a Management Trainee, start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You’ll be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert. In the program, master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and engage with the community to build relationships essential to growing your own business. Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while upholding a customer-first culture in a competitive environment. Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's. Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. Note: Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26+ mph over the posted limit) in the last 3 years will be disqualified. No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI). Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Job Details
