This is a full-time, in-person role at our El Segundo pilot facility. As our Molding Technician, you’ll run daily molding operations for Hybron’s composite parts. You’ll prepare tools, load materials, monitor cycles, and inspect finished components to ensure quality and consistency. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with machines, molds, and composite materials in a fast-paced production environment. What we’re looking for
Must be a U.S. Person pursuant to EAR and ITAR definitions Operate molding equipment (compression, RTM, or similar) safely and efficiently Prepare, load, and handle composite materials and tooling Monitor molding cycles and document process parameters Perform basic part inspection and quality checks 2+ years of experience in molding, composites, or plastics manufacturing (or equivalent trade school background) Gain mastery of composite molding techniques Support process engineers in scaling new production methods Help develop and refine standard operating procedures Potential to advance into lead technician or process engineering roles Benefits
