The program aims to advance the fellow’s skills in educational research, teaching, and academic service, preparing them for leadership roles in academia. The fellow will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of CBE strategies within pharmacy education, emphasizing learner-centered approaches and innovative instructional design.
