This listing is for potential future needs to teach courses in Integrated Biology and Earth Science (SCI 2600) and/or Integrated Physical and Chemical Sciences (SCI 2610). Responsibilities

Teach courses in Integrated Science, including labs. SCI 2600 covers fundamental principles in biology and earth sciences, including life evolution, ecosystems, surface and atmospheric processes, solar system, and universe. SCI 2610 explores energy, matter, their interactions, and applications to natural phenomena. Responsibilities include: teaching assigned classes (in person or online), preparing course materials, grading, providing feedback, advising students, and supporting students academically. Instruction may be in-person, online, or hybrid, including evenings and weekends. Adaptability to new modes of instruction and sensitivity to diverse student needs are highly valued. Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or a related Earth and Atmospheric Sciences discipline. Terms of Employment

Part-time, at-will, on a per credit hour basis, usually semester-to-semester. No benefits. Teaching is contingent on budget and enrollment. Candidates should be prepared to teach in person upon hire. Salary
