Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Sheriff, located in Henrietta, MO. The Deputy Sheriff will be responsible for maintaining public safety, enforcing the law, and performing criminal investigations. Daily tasks include patrolling designated areas, responding to emergency calls, arresting suspects, and providing courtroom testimony. The Deputy Sheriff will also be involved in community policing efforts to build trust and cooperation with residents.
Qualifications
Skills in Law Enforcement, Police, and Public Safety
Experience in Criminal Investigations and Criminal Justice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
Understanding of local, state, and federal law enforcement regulations
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Criminal Justice or a related field is a plus
Completion of a certified law enforcement training academy
