Base pay range
$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr Location : Atlanta, GA Remote/Field-Based – Travel up to 25% About the Role We’re seeking a
hands-on Lead Fire & Life Safety Technician
to oversee fire alarm and special hazard suppression system projects. This is a
field leadership role —you’ll lead crews, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure every installation and service call meets the highest standards of safety and quality Candidates with
strong fire alarm experience or substantial electrical backgrounds
are encouraged to apply What You’ll Do Install, program, and commission fire alarm and suppression systems Lead and supervise technicians and subcontractors on job sites Troubleshoot, repair, and replace system components Train customers on system operation and safety procedures Respond to emergency service calls as needed What We’re Looking For 5+ years of fire alarm or suppression system installation/service (or proven experience in high-level electrical work) Fire alarm programming experience a plus FASA/BASA license, NICET, or other relevant certifications (preferred) Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in tight spaces Occasional on-call/overtime and up to 25% overnight travel Why Join Us 401(k), health, life, dental, and tuition reimbursement Training, development, and career growth Supportive, family-oriented culture that values work-life balance
