A thriving small animal hospital in Naples, Florida is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative team. Practice Overview
AAHA-accredited hospital with a recently renovated facility (2020) Over 4,300 sq. ft. including 5 exam rooms Modern equipment such as ultrasound, heated surgery table, autoclave, handheld dental imaging, and digital dental radiography Role & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, relationship-focused care for patients and clients Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on case management Build lasting client relationships and contribute to the local community Support veterinary technicians and assistants through structured training opportunities Manage a diverse caseload, including both appointments and surgical procedures Qualifications
DVM or VMD degree (AVMA-accredited or completion of ECFVG/PAVE) Eligible for veterinary licensure in Florida Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits
