A progressive, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in the heart of the Florida Keys is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and supportive medical team. This position offers exposure to a diverse range of medical, surgical, and dental cases, along with mentorship opportunities designed to support veterinarians at any stage of their career.

Deliver high-quality, relationship-focused patient care Collaborate with colleagues and practice leadership on case management Mentor and support the growth of veterinary technicians and assistants Manage a varied caseload of surgeries and clinical appointments Qualifications
DVM/VMD degree (AVMA-accredited or completion of ECFVG/PAVE) Active or eligible Florida veterinary license Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Compensation & Benefits
