$15,000 Sign-On Bonus
for 20 hours/week or more, along with full benefits and FREE parking! The minimum pay rate for this position is $44.65 per hour.
Job Summary Under the guidance of the supervisor, performs all diagnostic procedures with knowledge of all pertinent and academic areas to produce consistent, high-quality exams. Works effectively with patients and physicians, maintaining a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel. Prioritizes patient care and ensures high-quality technologist services. May perform procedures on patients of all ages.
Essential Functions
Perform cardiac and CT interventional procedures.
Assist other technologists during procedures.
Ensure the proper exam is administered; consult providers as needed.
Review images and studies for accuracy and quality.
Check patient history, obtain waivers/forms as applicable.
Establish rapport with patients and understand their service requirements.
Provide educational in-services to staff, nurses, and physician assistants.
Qualifications Education:
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required. No, experience cannot be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Licenses and Credentials:
Preferred: Radiologic Technologist State License, ARRT-R, BLS Certification, ARRT-CT. Experience with CT preferred; recent graduates of radiologic technology programs will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency with imaging software and computer systems.
Effective communication skills.
Up-to-date technical knowledge.
Knowledge of administrative procedures and terminology.
Physical Requirements Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, foot use, vision, talking, hearing, as specified.
Work Location and Compensation 81 Highland Avenue. Pay Range: $29.23 - $44.48 hourly. We offer comprehensive benefits, career growth, and recognition programs.
