Night shift 9/80 Schedule on Weekdays (4pm-1am). Responsibilities
Will schedule contractors and provide SOW. Will take ownership of equipment - writing PM plans, responsible for critical spare parts Annual E-FMEA on assigned equipment. Strong organizational skills in managing time, projects, and resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, cross-functional, engaging other team members. Responsible for communication for machine downtime. Support operations IPT. Note:
This position may be filled at Level 2 or Level 3 depending on qualifications below. Basic Qualifications
Facilities Engineer (Level 2)
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) with 2 years of Engineering experience in Power Systems, Power, Electrical, Electronics, Construction, Mechanical Design, Engineering, Design, Facilities, Operations, Aerospace, Control OR a Master’s degree Experience with VFDs and servo-controlled systems. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Ability to obtain Special Program Access. Must be able to support the weekday Night Shift. Principal Facilities Engineer (Level 3)
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 5 years of Engineering experience in Power Systems, Power, Electrical, Electronics, Construction, Mechanical Design, Engineering, Design, Facilities, Operations, Aerospace, Control OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience OR PhD in STEM with 1 year of experience in listed fields. Experience with VFDs and servo-controlled systems. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Ability to obtain Special Program Access. Must be able to support the weekday Night Shift. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting high-rate manufacturing facilities from a maintenance function. Experience with industrial automation equipment (robots, conveyors, machining centers, etc.). Troubleshooting electrical controls and 24-volt systems. Knowledge of Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Kuka, Fanuc. Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and make revisions as required. Experience managing spare parts and FMEAs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills in managing time, projects, and resources. Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project). Salary
Primary Level Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $86,600.00 - $130,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions when determining base salary offers. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses may reward individual contributions and company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Northrop Grumman also provides benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
