Wehave a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our patient servicesteam. We are looking for someone with apassion for primary care and the drive to support our clinical service. Please note this is a fixed term position until 01 October 2026 working 22.5 hours a week
Main duties of the job
Maintainhighest level of confidentiality and comply with data protection standards whenhanding patient related and other confidential/sensitive data Asa paperless office, there is the utmost importance to scan all correspondenceonto electronic patients medical record, using the SystmOne database and toensure that clinical coded entries are entered appropriately and accurately Undertakea variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practicereferrals using e-referral system, clinical coding, scanning and filing andother admin related tasks. Facilitateeffective communication between all staff members, patients, members of theprimary health care team, secondary care and other associated parties About us

Facilitate effective communication when receiving, assistingand directing patients, ensuring the patient accesses the appropriate serviceor healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way Provide general assistance to the practice team andproject a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either inperson or via the telephone. Qualifications
Good Standard Of Education Experience
Experience of working in a busy & multi-functional team Using Systm One (Clinical database) Experience of working within a GP Surgery A minimum of three years experience in a customer facing environment Experience of handling confidential information and data. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
