Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager-Senior Architect to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
Oversee projects from inception to completion.
Production of construction documents. Ensure these follow all relevant standards and regulations.
Ensure all deadlines are met.
Oversight of budgeting.
Act as a company representative.
Work in conjunction with the design team.
Qualifications
A Bachelor of Architecture degree is required.
10+ years of architectural experience is required.
Previous experience in K-12 schools is required.
Licensure and project management skills are preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and a familiarity with Revit is required.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft and Adobe suites.
Strong design skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
