Project Architect

Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 Job Title: Project Architect Job #: 5560 Location: Albany, NY Category: Architecture & Design Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Architect to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: Manage the design team throughout project development. Provide supportto a larger project teamas required. Oversee production of construction documents. Ensure all relevant codes and guidelines are followed. Develops and coordinates technical specifications. Oversight ofall aspects of construction administration. Coordinatewith various managers to ensure project timeline is on track. Oversee supervision oftechnical staff as required. Coordinate communications with clients and governmental representatives. Supports project management with various administrative tasks. Qualifications: Must have an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters degree in Architecture. 5 years experience as a Licensed Architect. 3 years of experience with Revit is required. Must be proficient withthe Microsoft Suite and the Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Submittal Exchange is required. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Must be detail oriented. Overtime as required. Must be able to liftup to 40 lbs.
