Morrisville, NC . This

role blends hands-on development with strategic oversight, ideal for someone experienced in .NET, cloud-native architecture, and Agile team management. It is a
hybrid
opportunity that would require
3 days a week on-site in Morrisville, NC .
Responsibilities
Contribute as a senior developer by designing, coding, and deploying new features and fixes for the Relias platform.
Lead a team of engineers in a collaborative Agile environment, fostering growth and technical excellence.
Provide direction on complex engineering challenges and recommend scalable solutions.
Build expertise in platform architecture, development tools, and best practices to support long-term technical strategy.
Act as a delivery lead, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies to drive execution.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience managing and mentoring engineering talent.
7+ years of professional software development experience.
2–5 years working with .NET Core and C#.
At least 1 year of experience with SQL Server.
Familiarity with .NET Web Forms and Agile software development lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience designing systems using microservices and service-oriented architecture.
Compensation
Salary Range: $120,000–$160,000/year
Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus
