If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended*.****Job Details:**## **General Maintenance positions are responsible for:*** # **keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production.*** # **You must be able set up, adjust and break down production line machinery.*** # **Must be willing to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system.*** # **Must be willing to read, write, and communicate effectively.*** # **Must be willing to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.*** # **Applicants must be willing to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat, and reach.*** # **Team Members who hold these positions must be willing to work in either cold, damp or hot, humid environments and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.*** # **Must be willing to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be willing to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours.*** # **Must be willing to complete all required training for the job and be willing to participate in job rotation.**## # Industrial maintenance and electrical knowledge, experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, welding and fabrication are all a plus.# **To be considered for employment:*** # **Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 90 calendar days.*** # **No rehire for former Tyson Team Members that were termed for gross misconduct.*** # **Applicants that complete an application and do not meet the criteria described in this statement will be removed from the application process.******All applicants must complete the final task that is separate from the application.
