Logistics Sales Executive – Produce Focus (Remote) Our client’s business is growing, and they have an ongoing need to build and scale their Sales Team. As the Logistics Sales Executive – Produce Focus, you will join the division that focuses specifically on produce and refrigerated goods in Canada and the US markets. This role is unique in that you will be responsible for driving produce business growth by developing a pipeline of potential customers aligned with the business’s ideal customer profile. You will focus on prospects in the US that ship produce products on refrigerated equipment, both domestically and cross-border. Your role involves identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers, utilizing various tools and methods with organizational support.

Responsibilities:
Focus on prospecting and cold calling.
Build deep, meaningful, and long-term relationships with customers, aiming to solve problems and fulfill their needs.
Partner with our client’s Solutions Team to address customer needs, earning ongoing commissions on every customer you help acquire.
Leverage the vast opportunities within the industry to grow the business.
Define your own successful career path and compensation goals.
Experience:
A proven track record in sales with success in achieving and discussing quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Experience with Salesforce is an asset but not required; previous sales software experience is preferred for a data-driven, customer-focused approach.
Self-starter with strong initiative, comfortable with cold calling and continuously seeking new customers, industries, and challenges.
Excellent communicator, active listener, and able to clearly articulate with customers to understand their needs.
Highly collaborative, always seeking success for customers and the business.
Inherently curious, motivated by the hunt for new customers and solving new problems, understanding how solutions can address customer pain points.
No specific industry experience required, but demonstrated success in sales, metrics, and cold calling is essential.
This position offers a competitive base salary.
