This role ensures a single, coherent financial story is told — connecting node-level insight to enterprise outcomes — while driving standards, cadences, and tools that enable consistency, clarity, and strategic decision-making across the network.As a **Sr Manager FP&A,** **GSCL Planning & Strategic Initiatives****,** you will:* Facilitates an integrated forecast, aligning bottom-up assumptions to GSCL & Enterprise objectives.* Deliver one clear performance narrative for GSCL leadership.* Standardize tools, cadences, and reporting for consistency and speed.* Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, partnering closely with GSCL Strategy & Ops.* Bridge field controllers and corporate finance, ensuring insights flow up and down.**About you:*** Four-year college degree, preferably in finance or business-related area. MBA a plus.* 6+ years finance experience and/or merchandising experience* Credible thought leader with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results.* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; tailors message by audience, negotiates consequences, handle crisis, setbacks and conflicts constructively and diplomatically, and provide essential information to the right people at the right time; relationship-building aptitude.* Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills.* Thrives in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and is resilient in navigating changing priorities.***This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
