Sr Manager FP&A, GSCL Planning & Strategic Initiatives The Sr. Manager, Planning & Strategic Initiatives acts as the enterprise integrator across GSCL Field Replenishment organization, owning the consolidated planning, performance narrative, and strategic initiatives that anchor the controllership model. This role ensures a single, coherent financial story is told — connecting node-level insight to enterprise outcomes — while driving standards, cadences, and tools that enable consistency, clarity, and strategic decision-making across the network. The Sr. Manager, Planning & Strategic Initiatives will work in a hybrid/onsite arrangement as defined by Target, with core responsibilities that may require presence at Target HQ MN location and/or remote work depending on tasks and team needs. Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, and may include education, work experience and certifications. Facilitates an integrated forecast, aligning bottom-up assumptions to GSCL & Enterprise objectives. Deliver one clear performance narrative for GSCL leadership. Standardize tools, cadences, and reporting for consistency and speed. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, partnering closely with GSCL Strategy & Ops. Bridge field controllers and corporate finance, ensuring insights flow up and down. Qualifications
Four-year college degree, preferably in finance or business-related area. MBA a plus. 6+ years finance experience and/or merchandising experience Credible thought leader with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; tailors message by audience, negotiates consequences, handles crisis, setbacks and conflicts constructively and diplomatically, and provides essential information to the right people at the right time; relationship-building aptitude. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills.
